During this stressful and uncertain time- I wanted to compile a list of all the companies giving back to healthcare professionals to spread some love.

Headspace is giving a year free to all health care professionals. I love this app! As this pandemic and quarantine continues- I find my anxiety is rising. This app offers quick session based on your availability to center yourself and relax. There are programs to help you sleep, mediations while you go for your daily walks around the neighborhood, and daily helpful intentions.
2. Crocs
Crocs is giving away free shoes every Monday- Friday at 12PM EST. You don’t get to choose the design- I ended up with a yellow pair, some have had American flag, and even leopard print. But the shoes are so comfy- a surprise print is fine by me!
HINT: It’s very competitive- they open up the line 1 hour before. So get there early and have your hospital address on hand. If you wait too long to fill out the form- you’ll get kicked out and no crocs
3. Figs
Figs is doing the absolute most I’ve seen from a company. They are sending care packages, stocking scrubs, PPE AND raised over $100,000 for the First Responders Fund . To receive care packages or scrub donation- be sure to have your managers name and contact info so they can verify needs!

4. Tide- Loads of Hope Program
Offering free laundry services and dry cleaning to the families (defined as ‘next of kin’ e.g. same household/address) of frontline responders including nurses, doctors, paramedics, hospital/medical staff, medical researchers, police officers, and firefighters. The offer is good in participating cities through May 9. See the link for more details.

5. Starbucks
Frontline workers in the health care industry who are responding to the coronavirus can get a free tall brewed or iced coffee at Starbucks.Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff and researchers can get a free beverage in stores until May 3, the company said.
6. ChiliPad
U.S.-based healthcare professionals and first responders can receive a new or refurbished chiliPAD, a temperature-controlled mattress pad. This offer is good through April 30, while supplies last.

7. Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme wants to help those in the medical community who are working their tails off to keep us safe and healthy during this national crisis. So, on Mondays beginning on National Doctors’ Day March 30 and running through National Nurses Week on May 11, healthcare workers can get free dozens of Original Glazed Doughnuts. Show your employer badge as you go through the drive-thru to get the free doughnuts. It’s a small gesture for everything healthcare workers are going through right now, but it can’t hurt!
Orange Theory is offer FREE NO weight workouts to do at home! All you need to do is log in on computer, TV, or phone- and press play!
As a token of their gratitude, Universal Standard is offering a free piece of Foundation to every doctor, nurse, and medical worker who wants one, while supplies last. 9. Seerosego
Seerosego is offering free clothing to all plus size medical workers. Their sizing STARTS at 14 and sizes up 28. They have different names for their sizes so be sure to check out their size chart as well.
10. BP
The gas station chain is offering a discount of 50 cents off per gallon for first responders and healthcare workers the next time they fill up at BP or Amoco gas stations in the U.S. You do have to register with RealID to verify- then next time you pull up just login in and you get 50 cents off!
11. White Castle–
Offering totally free meals to healthcare workers throughout the month of April. If you’re a healthcare worker in need of a quick bite, swing through a White Castle drive-thru, flash an ID, and they’ll set you up.
You must do drive-thru, a representative tells Thrillist. That’s the only avenue to a free meal through the chain. The offer can be redeemed daily through April 30.
You’ll get one free Combo Meal (1-6) or a Breakfast Combo. If you don’t have the White Castle menu memorized, those options include The Original Slider, Double Cheese Slider, Chicken Breast Slider, Fish Slider, six-piece order of Chicken Rings, or a Chicken Ring Slider. All of the combo meals come with a small order of french fries and a beverage. That’s just enough slider combos for you to change it up every day of the week.

13. Mattress Firm
Mattress Firm is giving away up to 1,000 free pillows each day to workers in the healthcare community through April 15. The giveaway will be on their webpage at 10 a.m. CDT each day through the promotional period.

14. ATT
AT&T has announced that it will be offering nurses and physicians 3 free months on their FirstNet Mobile – Responder plan. Nurses and physicians already on the FirstNet plan will automatically receive a 3-month service credit on a smartphone or tablet line of service. Starting April 13, new nurse and physician subscribers are eligible for 3 free months of service, plus a $200 activation credit when activating a new FirstNet Ready smartphone on a new FirstNet Mobile – Responder plan. FirstNet is the only nationwide high-speed broadband communications platform built specifically for America’s first responders.
15. Care.com
Frontline healthcare workers can receive a free month of premium access to Care.com services to get help with caring for children, elderly parents, and pets. This includes unlimited messaging with caregivers.

1. Through April 22, 2020, we’ll be collecting submissions from those in need of essential transportation for essential work.
2. All requests will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last.
3. Selections will be made based on when your request was submitted.
4. If selected, you will receive an email with a link to select your bike and affirm that you are an eligible essential worker.
5. We’ll ship the bike to the essential local Specialized bike shop nearest to the zip code that you provided above.
6. Once built and ready, your local Specialized dealer will contact you for a safe and sanitized hand-off.
7. In the event that your local Specialized dealer is closed due to governmental restrictions, we will arrange a pickup time in the future once your local Specialized dealer is permitted to open.

Nurses House
Nurses House, a national fund for nurses in need, has established a special grant for RNs and LPNs who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are caring for a family member who has COVID-19, or are on employer-mandated quarantine due to COVID-19 (excluding nurses who are furloughed due to workplace closure). The grant is open to nurses in the U.S. with a valid nursing license through July 31, 2020. Apply for the COVID-19 grant at the link on their webpage.
